The New York City Landmark Venture Forum-Digital Media and Internet Innovation will take place on June 13, 2012 at the Tribeca Grand-New York. The Forum, beginning at 9:30 am, includes a complimentary sit-down lunch and a cocktail reception which ends at 6:00 p.m.

In November 2011, Landmark hosted its first industry specific event. NYC Landmark Venture Forum-Investing for Cures was a highly successful, daylong forum that explored ways to accelerate the development of therapeutic cures for major diseases.

Employing a similar, industry-specific format, Landmark’s Digital Media and Internet Innovation Forum will feature prominent panelists discussing the future of media, disruptive technologies and funding sources of capital.

The next Landmark Venture Forum, hosted by Landmark Angels and Landmark Capital, on Thursday, January 19th at the Greenwich Hyatt Regency starting at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m.

New York City Landmark Venture Forum - Investing for Cures, will take place on November 9, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt.  This inaugural New York City event will bring together experts in medicine, ‘best of breed’ life sciences companies and investors to collectively accelerate the development of therapeutic cures for major diseases. Our audience will consist of high net worth investors, including members of Landmark Angels and other angel groups, family offices, asset and wealth managers, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry.  We hope that Investing for Cures will create relationships among these investors with the goal of providing needed capital to ground-breaking companies through the formation of investment syndicates.
 
 
The next Northeast Landmark Venture Forum will take place on Thursday, September 22nd at the Greenwich Hyatt Regency. Networking will begin at 11:00 am, immediately followed by a buffet lunch and presentations from 14 excellent companies.

The Forum will end at 5:15 pm, with drinks and hors d’oeuvres to follow, as we celebrate the third anniversary of the Landmark Venture Forums. Terrific door prizes will be drawn during the cocktail hour. 

As with all our events, Landmark Angels is pleased to present timely and pertinent educational panels. Jeff Blomberg of Withers Bergman will moderate a panel exploring the current trends and issues in Venture Capital and Burt Hilton, of Credit Suisse, will moderate a panel on Family Offices and Alternative Investing. And our Investor Panel will select one of the presenting companies and critique its presentation - a learning experience for all!
